The website may contain e-mail services, bulletin board services, chat areas, news groups, forums, communities, personal web pages, calendars, photo albums and/or other message or communication facilities designed to enable you to communicate with others (each a “Communication Service” and collectively “Communication Services”). • That all messages posted to the client support forums will maintain a professional tone and will not include any defamatory remarks towards Picis, Picis software, or other participants in Picis FINS;
• That other participants’ personal information is for use only within this distribution group, and will not be shared with anyone outside of Picis FINS;
• That you will be the only person with access to your Picis FINS user information;
• That you understand that login and password sharing are strongly discouraged, and may result in account suspension;
• That Picis has no obligation or liability for the deletion or failure to store any materials maintained or posted by or through the Communication Service. We retain the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the quantity of material you provide to the Communication Service at any time with or without notice.
• Not to use the Communication Services or the website in connection with surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, chain letters, junk email, spamming or any duplicative or unsolicited messages (commercial or otherwise);
• Not to defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others;

• Not to upload files that contain viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may adversely affect the operation of another's computer or property of another;
• Not to advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods or services for any business purpose, unless such Communication Services specifically allows such messages;
• Not to download any file posted by another user of a Communication Service that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally reproduced, displayed, performed, and/or distributed in such manner;
• Not to falsify or delete any copyright management information, such as author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded;
• Not to restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Communication Services;
• Not to violate any code of conduct or other guidelines which may be applicable for any particular Communication Service;
• Not to harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including e-mail addresses;
• Not to violate any applicable laws or regulations;
• Not to create a false identity for the purpose of misleading others;
• Not to use, download or otherwise copy, or provide (whether or not for a fee) to a person or entity any directory of users of the Communication Services or other user or usage information or any portion thereof;
• Not to use any Picis domain name as a pseudonymous return email address for any communications that you transmit from another location or through another service;
• Not to transmit unsolicited or bulk communications to any Picis account holder or to any picis.com or affiliated email address (regardless of whether you use the website to transmit any such communication);
• Not to disrupt the normal flow of dialogue, cause a screen to “scroll” faster than other users of the website are able to type, or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other users’ ability to engage in real time exchanges;
• That you will indemnify and hold Picis harmless from any claims, damages, or losses relating to your use of information provided by other users or relating to your participation in or misuse of Picis FINS; and
• That Picis retains the right to suspend or remove users from Picis FINS at any time and for any reason.

Users are not authorized Picis spokespersons, and their views do not necessarily reflect those of Picis.
Picis has no obligation to monitor the Communication Services. However, Picis has the right (but not the responsibility) the right to review materials posted to the Communication Services and to remove and/or edit any materials in its sole discretion. Picis also reserves the right to modify or terminate access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time, without notice, for any reason whatsoever without liability to you, any other user of the Communication Service, or any third party. Additionally, Picis reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as Picis deems necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in Picis’s sole discretion.
